transformative 19 year Lunar Standstill, during this time of the 248
year Pluto cycle being poised at Galactic Center along with the
Solstices being located along the Galactic Plane. That means that we
are in a window of time within the 26,000-year precessional cycle of
the Solstices and Equinoxes when the December Solstice is closest to
the Galactic Center and the June Solstice is closest to the Galactic
Edge.
